You are an experienced chef who has great passion in creating wonderful dining experience for the guests. You strive for creativity and uniqueness in what you may offer to the guests through the food offering. You also bask in guiding and coaching others along the way. Even as a chef, you’re organized and able to execute planned events. You have great initiative, are able to think out of the box, and one who is not afraid of challenges. Though you are not overseeing a specific kitchen, you are a multi-tasker as you assist the Executive Chef to support, guide and coach the team of chefs.

**Qualifications**:
Your Profile
- Preferably prior experience in working as a Head Chef
- Strong in Chinese Cuisine
- Up to date with culinary trends - keeping a close eye on food presentation, consistency and polishing the dishes in an aesthetic manner
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Able to be involved in the menu creating process ( Western and Chinese )
- Computer savvy - good understanding of all admin and managing task ( food costing, budgeting, food purchasing, FFNE follow ups, P&L reading and cost explanation )
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices
- Familiar with stewarding operation An inspiring leader who manages by example
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to relate to various cultures and groups
