**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultations**: Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their individual tastes, style preferences, and fashion requirements.
- **Wardrobe Curation**: Create bespoke wardrobe selections tailored to each client's needs, ensuring they feel confident and fashionable in our luxury collections.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an extensive understanding of our luxury fashion products, including materials, design details, and seasonal trends.
- **Styling Expertise**: Demonstrate a flair for fashion and an ability to craft visually appealing outfits that reflect the brand's signature style.
- **Client Engagement**: Build strong client relationships based on trust and rapport, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- **Sales and Target Achievement**: Drive sales through your expert recommendations and exceptional client service, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- **Fashion Trends**: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, luxury market insights, and emerging styles to provide clients with the most current advice.
- **Store Collaboration**: Work closely with store teams and collaborate with Visual Merchandising (VM) to create captivating in-store displays and presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a luxury fashion stylist or personal shopper.
- A deep passion for luxury fashion, style, and trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Knowledge of fashion styling and wardrobe curation.
- Proficiency in adapting to client needs and delivering impeccable service.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, product care, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and care techniques.
- Strong communication skills to convey product care information clearly and confidently.
- Detail-oriented and highly attentive, with the ability to perform delicate work with precision.
- Professional appearance and demeanor that align with the luxury brand's image and values.
- Passion for luxury fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the brand's reputation for quality.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, displaying flexibility and resilience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
