**Job responsibilities**:

- Assist the CEO in carrying out the overall management of the business of the Group, promote the implementation of the Group's business development strategy
- Responsible to make decisions for operational activities, formalize operational process flow, and set strategic goals / KPIs
- Responsible for the execution, coordination, monitoring of the company’s KPIs and responsible for the preparation and organization of various periodic corporate reporting and meetings
- Ensure smooth communication among internal and external parties. Provide suggestions and information on a timely basis to the management
- Ability to solve unforeseen circumstances that may happen during work so as to ensure the smooth operation of business
- Set up and execution of sales target for company products such as sodium chlorate, gem and maintenance of customer relationship
- Responsible for the coordination of overseas sales of inverter, air conditioning and promotion of the products’ brands
- Engage in company’s investment activities including pre-investment evaluation, execution of investment plan and post investment management
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Job requirements**:

- Master/degree in business administration or related field
- Min 7 years of experience as director of operations or equivalent position
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Familiar with MS office and various business software
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Ability to make informed decisions
