**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Executive Supervisor to manage warehouse & logistics operations including management of material handlers, drivers and warehouse security.
- Plan, provide and conduct training to new members. Maintain close communication with members including regular briefing. Help to oversee the housekeeping, cleanliness, safety and discipline and wellbeing of workers.
- Oversee the daily collection & delivery schedule as well as monthly/ weekend OT arrangement for staffs.
- To manage and communicate with customer & Planner.
- Control & monitor daily Material Handler & Driver operation (incoming/receiving, finished goods, packing, documentation and delivery).
- To manage, update and compilation of warehouse related work instructions, procedures safety checklists, housekeeping duty roster, risk assessments and other work-related documentations.
- To manage receive goods are in proper and good condition, incoming goods quantity & documents abnormality. Report any abnormalities immediately to customer & planner.
- To manage incoming receiving procedures and outgoing packing procedures.
- To manage resource for daily operation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma and above.
- Preferably experience in production planning, warehouse and logistics.
- Preferably with class 3 driving license.
