Singapore 1-SOLUTIONING PTE. LTD. Full time

To plan, schedule with hands-on experience on General Building Services (Preferable with Electrical & UPS/Air-con/Fire Protection)

Project communication management and co-ordination throughout planning and implementation

Handle and manage site activities, vendors & sub-contractors

Handle and manage relationship with clients, consultants & building managers

Manage project budget

To provide technical support activities including installation, testing, commissioning, repair, modifications, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, engineering change upgrades, & etc.

Collaborate with engineering department to resolve technical problems.

As the point of contact interfacing with key customer, responsible for their service contracts while working with sales department to drive additional sales and provide service quote when required.

Understand customers' problems, recommend solutions to meet their needs & ensure customer cost effective solutions to meet the customer and project need.

Prepares service log and report of work performed, prepare workflow documents and maintain proper filing of these documents.

Assist in the execution of the project assigned

Supervise the performance of sub-contractors

24hrs x 7 able standby for emergency call out

Mon - Sat need to work

Min. ITE in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Diploma for Service Engineer)

Technical background & computer literate (Autocad)
