**The Role**

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you would have the opportunity to work in a fun, collaborative and nimble team. You will be an integral part of the team supporting global hiring across China, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Canada.

**What you'll do**:
**Recruitment Coordination**:

- Generate and process employment offers
- Work closely with TA Specialist and the hiring manager to understand the business needs and assist in developing job descriptions
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities i.e. sourcing as needed
- Identify ways to automate and optimise the recruitment processes including the ATS (Greenhouse) for higher efficiency

**Internship & Campus Recruitment**:

- Manage the internship pipeline for various functions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internships - from screening to offer management
- Identify opportunities to engage fresh or upcoming graduates in Singapore
- Build external relationships with university partners and participate in university careers fairs

**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, human resource management or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in managing and coordinating recruitment processes, handling generalist roles in a start-up environment
- Excellent track record of execution with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as good stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Greenhouse ATS and G-Suite would be advantageous
- Agility to excel in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace
- A keen interest in shared mobility and a growth mindset is essential for this role
