**Job Overview**:
The Manager, Field Operations - PLK APAC is responsible for setting brand standards and ensuring consistency across Popeyes, APAC. The position also leads strategic guest experience initiatives, develops regional training content & standards, supports implementation of market tests, and the continuous improvement of restaurant procedures & routines. The Manager, Operations Excellence - PLK APAC reports to the Head of Operations Standards, APAC. In addition, the position works with other functions within the organization including: Marketing, Quality Assurance, Development & Design, Supply Chain and Equipment Standards.

The Manager, Operations Excellence - PLK APAC will be responsible for ensuring that stores in the region are delivering a best in class guest experience through a strong foundation of operations excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Set Brand Standards_
- Develop standards and targets for fried chicken, and other relevant food in regional markets based on business priorities
- Enforce brand standards through routine audits and review with local teams
- Develop Regional Training Content & Standards
- Lead Strategic Guest Experience Initiatives_
- Lead operational component of strategic projects and manage timelines for all deliverables
- Develop, propose and execute changes to the business to further enhance guest experience and grow brand love
- Support Implementation of Tests and Brand Initiatives_
- Be the "Voice of Operations" within the organization, providing valuable insights to drive key initiatives
- Continuous Improvement of Restaurant Procedures & Routines_
- Identify opportunities to improve current procedures, through root cause problem identification and structured problem-solving methodology

**Qualifications**:

- An undergraduate degree in business administration or related field and/or equivalent experience required
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience
- Preferred if experience in Restaurant Operations or related field
- Preferred experience in Restaurants / QSR outlets or related industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to work cross-functionally both internally and externally to build strong partnerships and impact significant business outcomes across diverse markets
- Fluent in English required, Proficiency in Mandarin a plus
