**Responsibilities**

Interactives and Exhibits Execution:

- Conceptualise the build of interactives and exhibits
- Develop prototypes and work closely with design/production teams on the manufacture of the final products
- Document development process and review drawings, produce complete sets of design documentation
- Assist in installation of exhibits, resolving problems of design and installation when required. Participate in off-site installations, maintenance and de-installations
- Ensure final product conforms to specifications, fits into budget and schedule
- Consistently deliver high-quality exhibit engineering across a number of projects with minimum supervision
- Design and fabricate basic tooling/fixtures for manufacturing
- Train and develop competencies of team members

Audio Visual/IT:

- Conceptualise the connectivity build of AV Systems
- Manage and oversee the on-site installation of AV systems
- Select the appropriate equipment based on the project requirements
- Plan AV works to meet project deliverables.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fabrication and mechanical role
- Demonstrative industrial knowledge and proficiency in mechanical components
- Experience in handling AV/IT equipment and their functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and personal time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels
- Excellent leadership skills, sense of value and efficiency as expressed in effectiveness of solutions, use of materials
- Applicable skill in Arduino programming is a bonus
