**Position Overview**

**What **You**’ll** Do for Us**
- Achieve line and batch efficiency and output requirements
- Maximize output by reducing downtime through monitoring and controlling changeover
- Produce the right quality by managing all CCPs and quantity according to the process order.
- Conducts checks (function and accuracy, right type of raw material and right quantity of material) before start up and changeover.
- Ensure proper product labelling, coding and other information accurately.
- Carry out the right cleaning, sanitation and GMP according to Quality System requirements.
- Adhere to product confidentiality, security, integrity and traceability requirements.
- Proper handover before going on leave / changeover shift.
- Follow strictly safety and environment requirements at the workplace.
- Record all process control, output, batch number and issues.

**Qualification**s** & Requirements**
- Possess minimum Diploma and/or above. Fresh graduates or applicants with some working experience in manufacturing or production.
- Must be certified on training plan for this position within 6 months of start date
- The ability to read, write and speak the English language is required
- Working knowledge of production environment and machinery
- Attention to detail and the ability to visually identify materials defects
- Computer literacy and strong mechanical aptitude
- The ability to use common hand tools and small power tools is required
- Good math and communication skills are essential
- Flexibility to work any shift as required in a 24/5 operating facility with little notice
- Must be a team player and be willing to rotate positions as needed
- Participation in job development training and cross-training on all equipment is required
