As an Associate Director, Training in the Learning Direction & Faculty team at KPMG Business School within the HR function in KPMG, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Understand the business goals of our internal stakeholders and collaborate with them to create learning solutions that support the holistic professional growth of our colleagues
- Understand the learning needs and skill requirements of our employees and design customized learning programs that support their learning and career goals
- Project-direct internal learning programs, including strategic learning program design, stakeholder management, materials development, vendor and instructor management, training communications, learning impact measurement etc.
- Prepare and deliver leadership and skills training to professional staff in KPMG Singapore
- Deliver training creatively using various learning resources and training modalities to our target training audience for positive learning experience and learning engagement
- Lead special projects focused on learning transformation to ensure that KBS continues to deliver outstanding learning opportunities
- **At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant area from an accredited college or university**:
- **A minimum of ten years of learning and development experience with a focus on skills development preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment**:
- **Experience with audit, tax or advisory will be an advantage**:
- **Regional experience in Singapore / Asia**:
- **Strong business acumen and leadership capabilities**:
- **A curious, inquisitive mindset offering creative solutions to complex business issues**:
- **Energy, enthusiasm, sense of initiative with strong people and relationship-building skills**:
- **Demonstrated capabilities in leading complex team-based development projects, internal client advising, program evaluation, and design**:
- **Knowledge of adult learning principles, knowledge and experience in different learning modes**:
- **Forward-thinking mindset and a deep passion for developing organisational and people capabilities
