Staff Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse

Working hours: 5 days, Mon - Sat, between 6am-11pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in assessing, implementing, and evaluating quality dialysis outcomes.
- Perform hemodialysis cannulation and treatment per standard practices and guidelines.
- Follow proper infection control procedures according to current guidelines.
- Guide and direct enrolled nurses and junior staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Document accurate and concise information on hemodialysis treatments, blood results, and parameters.
- Administer intravenous antibiotics, IV erythropoietin, and blood transfusions during hemodialysis as per standards.
- Collect water samples for culture to maintain safe water standards.
- Collaborate with hospitals for blood investigations and follow-ups.
- Work with dieticians to educate patients on nutrition and fluid compliance.
- Take appropriate nursing actions in emergencies to ensure patient safety.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Dialysis Nurse.
- Nitec/ Diploma or Degree in Nursing from SNB-approved training institutions.
