**Responsibilities**
- Cost Center Promotion: Maintain the standard cost system monthly, calculate cost variance rates, grasp Cost Center KPIs and assessment principles, calculate savings and KPI rankings for manufacturing cost centers.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze cost savings and year-on-year/quarter-on-quarter variances based on Cost Center savings and KPI rankings, promote improvements in manufacturing costs.
- Integrate standard product cost profits and manufacturing cost center savings status, regularly report for supervisor reference and decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance Management/Accounting/Industrial Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics/Finance or related majors.
- More than 6 years of experience in cost accounting in electronics/mechanical/heavy industries or other manufacturing industries.
- Familiar with engineering management processes and cost control methods, grasp standard rent calculation methods and logic, possess cost accounting and analysis capabilities.
- Proficient in using office software for data analysis. Able to accept long-term business trips to India.
