**Senior Recruitment Consultant **to assist in overseeing our
**Transmission + Distribution** sector.

**The Role**

If you are ready to take control and drive your own area of the business, we want to hear from you. You will demonstrate high-level initiative and business acumen, along with an eagerness to succeed. Additionally, you will be:

- Experienced in 360 recruitment at a senior level
- Able to mentor a team of Consultants including implementing clear KPI's

The successful applicant will have:

- Experience in a recruitment position OR a passion for sales / people
- Have good knowledge and experience in Transmission + Distribution, Power or similar sector
- Ambition to succeed, with persistence and resilience
- A genuinely positive and outgoing personality
- The willingness to learn and aim to progress in your career
