**Working at NTT**
- Collaborate with team members located in different locations to coordinate code integration and review processes, including those involving Power Platform solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues reported by users or identified during testing, including those related to Power Platform solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for both.NET development and Power Platform solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, quality assurance, and system administrators, to deliver high-quality software solutions that incorporate Power Platform capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software development, including advancements in Power Platform capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in software development using.NET framework, including proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server).
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating with geographically distributed teams and managing code integration and review processes.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) is preferred.
