**Job Overview:
As the Car Sharing Platform’s Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting them with their rental needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their rental experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide assistance in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues that may arise during the rental process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date rental records and files
- Vetting of customers particulars and car details
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through resolution
- Any other administrative tasks assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

**Requirements**:

- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Day shift, Mid shift and night shift vacancies available
- 5 days work per week
