Looking to join a Hong Kong based broker that set up its regional HQ in Singapore?

**To be effective in the role,**

You will:

- Identifying and developing investor relations with financial institutions;
- Conducting the business plans and financial models, and coordinating the company's equity financing and listing;
- Leading financial roadshows for consortia and strategic investors, and continuing to follow up on communications with investors;
- Coordinating with investment institutions to conduct financial and legal due diligence, and negotiating SPA;
- Combining with the development strategy and industry development changes, analyzing the impact on the company's business, provide strategic recommendations to the management team, and formulating the appropriate countermeasures and solutions;

**Requirements**:
You are,
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of working experience in finance or investment and financing;
- Strong judgment, well-organized, communication and coordination skills;
- Experienced in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisors;
- Extensive and in-depth cooperation with financial institutions;
- Proficient in English and expected to work closely with overseas office in China and Hong Kong hence proficiency in mandarin is a must
