**Responsibilities**
General and Office Management
- Working with the Vice President, Sales (ASEAN) to provide seamless administrative and support/coverage to the Sales team
- Managing calendar, complex business travel schedules and appointments
- Coordinating internal meetings, trainings, and executive visits
- Planning and facilitating company and department events, including events that may be held offsite
- Purchasing and handling department office supplies and incoming/outgoing mail
- Supporting department procurement activities which include supplier selection, build new supplier database, create purchase requisitions (PRs)/purchase orders (POs)
- Maintaining department/office budget
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Preparing weekly sales forecast reports for management sales meetings
- Coordinating with company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports
- Carrying out research and data analysis tasks
- Interpreting data/trend from reports for the purpose of data utilization and preparing presentation decks
- Preparing PowerPoint presentation decks for team meetings and management calls
- Handling and supporting annual sales planning i.e. Country Sales Plan, Quota setting, Operating Expense (OPEX) budget, etc
- Coordinating with billing team to review and tabulate Annual Price Increase (API) for billing
Communications
- Updating and communicating policy changes and submission datelines that are applicable to the team
- Administering shared drives and shared documents for the team
Projects and others
- Planning and coordinating special projects or business unit events as needed, including supervising the work of vendors and/or other staff
- Participating in UAT testing on adhoc basis and feedback to the development team to improve the working system before launch
**Qualifications**
- Extensive administrative experience in supporting senior level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Comfortable working with numbers and strong in data analysis
- Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and keen attention for detail
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
