Plans and executes strategic initiatives in Supply Chain. This position works with local and worldwide cross-functional teams to develop and meet project schedules. Manages and monitors projects from inception to completion, assuring satisfactory completion. Coordinates with all functional departments and with upper level management. Responsible for planning and execution to project budgets in excess of $1M.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop, monitor, and complete small to large scale programs.
- Develop and monitor budgets.
- Identify variances from plan and recommend corrective actions.
- Regularly report project status; develop metrics and goals to monitor performance and effectiveness.
- Other duties as assigned.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:

- Works in a standard office environment and uses general office equipment.
- International travel of up to 25%.
- Interfaces with internal customers in all functional areas.

**SKILLS**:

- Must have excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and project management skills required.
- Attention to detail.
- Well organized and disciplined.
- Ability to make independent decisions with initiative and tact.
- Must be able to interact with people at all levels and locations in the organization.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage to aggressive timelines.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Including Project and Visio) and SAP.

**EXPERIENCE**:
**Essential**:

- Experience in successfully managing cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
- Experience in developing and executing to project budgets.
- Prefer 5+ years of experience in managing people and projects (indirect + direct)

**EDUCATION**:
**Essential**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management or similar
- 5-10 years direct experience in managing large scale projects in addition to relevant professional certifications is required.
- Certification in APICS CPIM, CIRM and other relevant professional certifications is preferred.
