Job Overview _

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing wire transfers transactions, processing payments, and ensuring that all settlements are conducted accurately and efficiently. Besides, he/she also do financial analysis, reporting, and day-to-day financial management tasks.
- Key Responsibilities _
- Transactions processing: Processing electronic payments and remittance, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction handling.
- Settlement Processing: Manage the daily settlement of transactions, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations of accounts.
- Transaction Reconciliation: Reconcile payments, refunds, and settlements to ensure that all accounts balance at the end of each day.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in transaction records promptly.
- Invoicing: Invoice issuance and payment collection
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on payments/remittance and settlement activities, including any discrepancies or issues.
- Compliance: Ensure all settlement activities comply with internal policies and financial regulations.
- Customer Services: Provide support to customers regarding payment and settlement inquiries.
- Assist with financial analysis and preparation of reports.
- Support the finance team in budget, tracking and forecasting.
- Provide assistance in maintaining financial records and documentation.
- What we look for in you _
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle discrepancies efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
