**Business Management Consultant**

QuESH is a dynamic team founded in 2007. With its vast experiences in business management, QuESH has assisted numerous organisations in achieving business excellence through certification and accreditation programs. To supplement the existing pool of specialists, QuESH is searching for ISO Specialist.

This job is for those who want to explore the business world, understand how business works, gain satisfaction in helping clients on their business excellence journey. It is not the usual 9 to 5 job which you will be sitting in office performing monotonous job tasks. Instead, you will be the master of your own, managing your schedule, time, workload, etc and help businesses to excel. If you think this is what you want, this job is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting clients in attaining ISO Certification
- Conducting audit on clients on ISO standards
- Conducting training to clients on ISO standards
- Conducting public training / assessment on WSQ courses (Fundamental of PDPA 2020, bizSAFE Courses, etc)
- Carrying out gap assessments on clients’ ISO management systems
- Providing advices to clients on ISO related matters.
- Developing ISO related documents.

**Requirements**:

- Singaporean
- Certification from Higher Institution of Learning
- Has hands on experience in implementing and maintaining business management system such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, GDPMDS, bizSAFE, etc
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to learn and take up new challenges
- Able to work on several projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
- Possession of the following qualifications will be advantageous:

- Certification on Lead Assessor Course for ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22000:2018; Practitioner Certificate in PDP Preparatory Course (2020); ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 or ISO 45001:2018
- Certificate on Information, Communication and Technology related courses
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer, Singapore
- Registered Environmental Control Officer, Singapore
- Qualified Fire Safety Manager, Singapore
- Certified Practicing Management Consultant
- Job Types: Full Time
- Fees: Ranging from $4000 to $6000
