**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide coaching, mentorship and motivation of staff to optimize financial contribution to Privilege Reserve, enabling them to achieve their potential and aspiration in High Net Worth Wealth Management.
- Contribute to the accomplishment of profits and growth targets.
- Expanding networks across ASEAN to enhance the growth strategy of Private Wealth business through events and other similar initiatives.
- Managing operations risk and ensure that the team adhere to the Bank's compliance and regulatory requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Banking / Financial industry, preferably in sales of financial and investment products
- Good understanding of bank regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
