**The role**

If you have a nose for business, a high GPA and graduated in a technical field (especially engineering and hard sciences), we are keen to talk to you.

**Responsibilities**
- Extract and interpret data to generate market insights and trends for our clients and internal users
- Work with data scientists and data engineers to facilitate smooth and accurate data pipelining to form automated market insights
- Assist in designing dashboards using data visualisation tools, such as Power BI, to aid clients in understanding any equity issues, both internally and externally
- Provide consultative advice and operational support to clients as a compensation specialist, utilizing BIPO's expertises, including business intelligence tools, in-country HR experts, and/or HRMS compensation module

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics/Mathematics, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in programming (e.g. Python) and SQL
- Experience in data analysis/visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrate strong analysis & problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solving

Experience in compensation/job related analysis is a plus
