**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Engineering and Technical Team.
- Responsible for specific engineering areas in supply chain, ISRM (installation, servicing, repair, maintenance) and product management.
- Perform configuration of smart water meters and converters and prepare the necessary documents for completing the order.
- Perform actual product assemblies and the product assembly in our integrated accounting and inventory management system and send a request for the actual product assembly to the workshop.
- Quality control testing and inspection of the actual assembly before approving it to be packed for delivery.
- Assist in overseeing and performing installation, servicing, repair or maintenance of our products on-site and off-site.
- Participate in site meetings and activities whenever required by the Engineering and Technical Team.
- Responsible for the provision of technical reports for services provided by the company.
- Support the engineer in working with the Business Development and Sales Team for projects and tenders in understanding, interpreting, and preparing tender and relevant documents (i.e., tender specifications and drawings).
- Create product drawings (i.e., isometric, orthographic, dimensioning, sectioning, assembly, cross-sectional viewsetc.) when required.
