- Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering
- Valid class 3 driving license
- Entry level in ITE or 1 year of working experience
- Basic IT knowledge / Technical Skill
- Able to work independently to trouble shoot, repair and to carry out scheduled maintenance at customers' premises
- Good working attitude and good team player
- Good skills in communication and collaboration
- Possess good customer service attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- To perform installation, servicing and maintenance for POS system
- To conduct operational training to customers
- To standby during weekends and public holidays on duty roster and extended hours (if required)
