Job Summary

Job summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Changi, Singapore.

Responsible for providing support in planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes by providing technical support maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.

What a typical day looks like:
- Prepare and maintain BOM- Provides DFA / DFT inputs and co-ordinate for parts quality, process, and test for systems- Define repair methods and monitor / control failure rates- Contribute and review tools and testers performance- Responsible and involved in test script development- Coordinate with customer software department- Monitor / Control failure rates- Contribute / Review tools & testers performance- Contribute to product Trouble shooting- Change Management in BOM & Test- Other relevant task as assigned- Create & produce work instructions for manufacturing

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering related field- At least 5 years of work experience in manufacturing capacity- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment- Good team player, self-motivated- Detailed and meticulous- Well versed in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)- Intense collaboration- Good communication skills- Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution- Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement
