**Job Description Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the team to identify and pursue business development opportunities,
- Utilizing the global Cushman & Wakefield network to develop and manage key client accounts
- Managing broker transaction across APAC
- Understand corporate drivers to be able to identify real estate opportunities and risks.
- Ability to assess and determine the business needs, formulate real estate strategies and then implement these in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Data management of existing CRM portals
- Responsible for coordinating and consolidating business development data from commercial leasing teams in APAC
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore real estate fundamentals - specifically leasing
- Understanding of key concepts of workplace place strategy
- Creation of clear, well-presented marketing materials for proposals.
- Ability to create, analyse and interpret complex financial models.
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to present with confidence both internally and externally.
- Work effectively with all colleagues locally and internationally.
- Establish and maintain excellent client relationships.
