**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage manpower, material resources, and worker overtime to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to align daily production schedules and monitor the issuance of technical drawings and project information.
- Track job progress, work hours, and productivity, identifying areas for improvement in work processes and departmental methods.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and address training needs to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve work quality and productivity.
- Liaise with owners' representatives and class surveyors during inspections.
- Attend project progress and HAT meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.

**Quality**:

- Evaluate technical and engineering requirements, review drawings, and ensure project specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with OEMs, classification societies, and owners on-site.
- Monitor and ensure high-quality work is completed within the project timeline.

**Safety**:

- Conduct risk assessments, BBS observations, and hazard reporting to maintain a safe work environment.
- Participate in safety planning and initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory safety requirements.
- Attend VSCC meetings as required to support workplace safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering with 4-5 years of experience in the marine industry or refinery piping works.
- Strong knowledge of classification requirements, shipbuilding standards, and shipboard piping system design.
- Familiarity with piping systems, control systems, and their classification requirements.
- Proficient in interpreting technical piping system drawings and specifications.
