Managing Consultant, Advisors, Loyalty
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. We combine traditional management consulting with our rich data assets and in-house technology to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. While specializing in the payments industry, Mastercard Data & Services also works closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.

Make an Impact as a Managing Consultant
As a Managing Consultant, you will be at the forefront of advising clients across industries, on how best to drive customer loyalty. Leading the project delivery team, you will engage stakeholders, generate hypotheses and independently structure engagements to address client problems across loyalty program components (earn, rewards, tiers, benefits, operating model, etc.), customer journey mapping and customer engagement strategies.
Our clients are global, household brands and you will have the opportunity to be a trusted advisor to them on their end-to-end loyalty journey, that is, you’ll design powerful loyalty strategies and guide the client all the way through implementing a loyalty program.
In leading this process, you will mentor and coach junior teammates, and contribute to Mastercard’s Loyalty knowledge management and best practices. Join us if you want to shape the future of loyalty and customer engagement
Role:
- Lead the delivery of Loyalty Consulting projects in Asia Pacific, engage client stakeholders, own the project plan, delegate project workstreams to team members and shape the analyses into impactful and actionable recommendations
- Champion the loyalty strategy (Program design, implementation, partnerships, customer engagement & journey mapping, loyalty economics) in our clients' businesses and identify ways to create client impact and grow Mastercard engagement with them
- Extract intellectual capital from engagement work and actively develop and share tools, methods and best practices across customer loyalty
- Mentor junior teammates on analytical and technical skill sets
- Build strong relationships with senior-level clients and internal stakeholders to guide impactful decisions
