**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently transport catering orders to event locations, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Inspect and prepare delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and meet company standards.
- Load and unload catering orders, ensuring proper handling and storage to maintain food quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with the catering team, clients, and event staff to coordinate delivery times and address any issues that may arise.
- Verify delivery orders against packing lists and invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with clients and event guests.
- Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws to ensure safe driving practices.
- Assist with setting up food at event locations as needed and provide support to the catering team.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the management.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and handle food with care.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
