We are looking for anenthusiastic SOUS CHEF for L'ANGELUS RESTAURANT, our French Brasserie

DUTY:

- Assist the Head Chef for daily operations
- Leads kitchen team in chef's absence
- Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
- Supervise others Chefs in the kitchen to make sure duties assigned are completed with standards set inclusive of machine/equipment maintenance, stock deliveries, cleanliness, quality of food and set-up for daily operations
- Adheres to rules and regulations set by the Management
- Manage and Supervise the entire kitchen and activities of all chefs, cooks and other kitchen staff
- Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with NEA Standards.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant standards of quality, recipe, consistency and timelines.
- Ensure all equipment are cleaned and kept properly.
- Ensure that adequate stock in always maintained in the relevant station.
- Track the inventory of the kitchen
- Work closely and cooperate with other staffs in order to achieve highest possible satisfaction of food items.
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested.

REQUIREMENT
- At least 4Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Passion in F&B industries
- Preferably Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Good kitchen experience
- Knowledge of French cuisine would be an advantge
- Good initiative and able to multitask
- Good team player and positive working attitude with others
- 5 days work week,
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Required language(s): English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
