We are seeking a QC Microbiologist to join our Quality Control team to support routine microbiological testing in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment. The role will involve environmental monitoring (EM), water and utilities testing, as well as microbiological assays in support of product release and manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and utilities (e.g., WFI, purified water, compressed air) in accordance with approved procedures and regulatory standards.
- Conduct routine environmental monitoring of classified cleanroom areas (viable and non-viable particulate monitoring, surface and personnel sampling).
- Assist in microbiological assays such as bioburden, endotoxin (LAL), and microbial limits testing.
- Prepare and maintain culture media, reagents, and equipment used for microbiological testing.
- Document all activities and test results accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with GDP/GMP.
- Participate in laboratory investigations, deviations, and OOS/OOT events related to microbiological testing.
- Support the qualification and maintenance of laboratory equipment (e.g., autoclaves, incubators, particle counters).
- Contribute to data trending, routine report generation, and continual improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and good microbiological practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical QC microbiology laboratory.
- Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements (e.g., USP, EP, JP).
- Experience in environmental monitoring, water testing, and microbiological assays.
- Strong aseptic technique and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with LIMS or electronic laboratory systems.
- Familiarity with cleanroom gowning and aseptic practices in sterile/biologics manufacturing.
