**JOB MISSION**:
The principal role of this position is to organize and carry out tasks related to quality control of raw material and finished products. This person has to manage urgencies and relations with other departments, suppliers and customers.

**MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Raw materials and fragrances quality control (organoleptic and physical-chemical analysis).
- Identify root causes and find solutions for those products that do not meet the standard.
- Identify and define processes for production to raise the standard of quality.
- Follow up with customer on incidences after shipping.
- Assure all the QC equipments are well maintained.
- **Internal Interactions**:Customer Service, Fragrance Development, Perfumery, Application Lab, Plant Operations Teams
- **External Interactions**:Customers, QC equipment suppliers.
- **Key Knowledge**: SAP (Production module), chromatograph, densimeter, colorimeter, good practices in laboratory, smelling skills.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- At least a Diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Food, or Pharmaceutical field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience & proven track record in fragrance company in a technical or analysis or quality control department.
- Good at raw materials and/or final product olfactory analysis
- SAP knowledge will be an asset
