Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing wide variety of cakes, pastries, cookies or dessert
- Combine measured ingredients/batter into mixer or blender
- Place batter / dough in pans, moulds or sheet for baking
- Set baking oven temperature
- Observe colour and quality of products
- Cutting as customer requirement sizes using sterilized knifes
- Pack into individual boxes for shipment/storage
- To maintain good quality product
- Hygiene concern and follow safety standard
- Proper packing and label indication for each product
**Skills**:
- No experience also welcome, training will be provided
- Certificate in Baking & Pastry
- Certificate of Hygiene Courses
- Able to work in teams
Working hours 8am to 4.30pm (Mon to Fri), 8am to 4pm (Sat), rest on Sun and Public Holiday.
