**Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and consultancy for Pre-sales and Post-sales service to technical team and meet customers’ expectations
- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers through sales planning and scheduled calls
- Perform site-visit upon project enquiries
- Prepare technical documentation for project bidding and assist in tendering process
- Conduct regular technical updates and knowledge sharing session with the technical team
- Provide consultancy in systems’ design, installation and technical clarification to the pre-sales team and customers
- Responsible to set up Proof of Concept and product demonstration and integration
- Maintain high level of cooperation and teamwork with the Business Development team
- Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by the Supervisor
