Customer Service Representative

This is a 12 months contract assigned to our clients
Working hours is 44 hours per week, on rotating shift basis
Monday to Friday:
8am to 5pm (inclusive of 1 hr lunch)
9am to 6pm (inclusive of 1 hr lunch)
11am to 8pm (inclusive of 1 hr lunch)
And Saturday
8am to 12pm
10am to 2pm
Salary Range: $2,300-$2,500
Work location: near Commonwealth MRT
**Job Description**:
1. Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
2. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely
manner.
3. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
4. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
5. lst level helpdesk to respond to call and provide resolution to customer queries
6. Must have customer service experience (1-2 years)
7. Have certain IT knowledge (eg: mobile apps)
8. Internet Savvy
9. Performance Incentinve of SGD 300 quarterly
