**1. Job Description**:

- Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
- Developing detailed designs using by the CAD.
- Preparing and implementing project plans
- Prepared technical write-up including drawings,method of statementand other documents for tender submission.
- Researching and providing estimates for projects.
- Ensure all Structural work is carried out within established budgets and schedules
- Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
- Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
- Manage internal and external contractors well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specifications.
- **Applicant must be requiring specialist skills of tunnel, electric and power distribution & transmission site **(Especially, Installation of 66kV & 230kV Cable)**

**2. Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
- At least 12 years working experience in related field is required. and is typically responsible for complex design projects
- Industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
- Well knowledge in CAD and other Civil Engineering software is necessary.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
- Good project management and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedules
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
- Ability to coordinate more than two project at a time.
- Provide guidance and direction to civil engineering staff, ensuring their compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and codes.
