**Role Summary**:

- As a Logistics Executive, you will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation of shipment and inventory management. Your role involves overseeing delivery schedules, coordinating with shipping lines, managing inventory levels, and handling documentation. You will also be responsible for cost management and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. _

- **Working Hours**:5 days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
- **Remuneration**:$3,300 - $3,600 Monthly Base Salary

**Responsibilities**:

- **Shipment Monitoring**:Oversee and track the delivery schedules for projects, ensuring timely and efficient management.
- **Inventory Management**:Manage stock levels, ensuring accurate replenishment and stock records using an RFID system.
- **Booking and Coordination**:Arrange bookings and coordinate operational aspects with shipping lines.
- **Cargo Handling**:Receive and manage cargo delivery to job sites.
- **Customs Clearance**:Ensure all customs procedures are properly completed.
- **Cost Management**:Negotiate and manage logistics costs effectively.
- **Documentation**:Handle all documentation and administrative tasks related to shipments.
- **Marine Insurance**:Arrange for marine insurance coverage for shipments.
- **Cost Reduction**:Implement cost reduction strategies in warehouse transactions and activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- **Education**:Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Studies, or a related field.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; Forklift License is a plus.
