**Roles & Responsibilities
**We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Telemarketer **to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, identify their business needs, and introduce our digital marketing solutions. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our digital marketing services.
- Understand and effectively communicate the features, pricing, and benefits of our solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads to maintain relationships and drive conversions.
- Schedule client meetings and present how our services can add value to their businesses.
- Accurately maintain records of calls, client interactions, and sales leads.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Job Requirements**
- Proficiency in company CRM system (Will be guided by Supervisor)
- Prior experience in B2B telemarketing or sales is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving targets.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to interact with a diverse client base.

**Job Remuneration**
- **Hourly Rate**: SGD 8-13

**Working Days/Hours**
- Flexible part-time schedule.
- Minimum commitment: 3 days per week, 5 hours per day.
