**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Oversea manufacturing finance and accounting group in Asia Back End Operations across internal and external manufacturing sites.
- Define financial strategies for back-end operations
- Support various decision-making analysis and processes for Back End Operations facilities, capacity and all related purchases and investments
- Manage budgeting/forecasting process, standards setting, product costing analysis, ROI analysis, scenario analysis, consolidation and other analytics for overall back operations
- Monitor financial performance, develop opportunistic analytics in collaborations with operations and monitor execution. Execute financial related benchmark across sites
- Business partner to all manufacturing operations, to drive cost savings initiatives and productivity improvement KPI across the business
- Review all agreements with financial impact to the business
- Financial and related reporting to Back End Operations VP and Global Operations Finance VP
- Lead Asia manufacturing finance organization. Drive process and report standardization, continuous improvement across the organization
- Ensure internal records are accurate and in compliance with regulations and policies

**Job Requirements**
- Relevant experience in Operations Finance and Consolidation Director with Master / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 10 years or more relevant experience with Finance related function.
- High competency in both management & financial accounting principles. Capable in providing value added financial services and analytics to Back End operations in Semiconductor industry
- Result oriented and driver towards good financial performance and high performing team
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills. Business partnership centric mindset
