**Customer Systems Technician (San Jose Contractor **)**

**Responsibilities and Tasks**

Perform Rework (Soldering)Must have >3years working experience
- Create and modify test platforms (logic analyzer interposer, oscilloscope interposer, BGA socket)
- Solder under a microscope
- Utilize tools: microscope, Ball Grid Array (BGA) rework machine, soldering iron
- Test rework for functionality

Set Up, Test, and Debug PC, Workstation, or ServerPreference for >3years experience
- Identify needs
- Procure required components
- Build system
- Load operating system with drivers
- Test system for functionality
- Troubleshoot issues and take appropriate actions to resolve
- Load and test software

Troubleshoot and Debug Issues with Micron Products in End-User ApplicationsPreference for >3years experience
- Utilize test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, digital multimeter)
- Utilize software tools for analysis debug

Collect and Analyze DataPreference for >3years experience
- Accurate data collection
- Ability to independently verify data collected matches expected data provided by experts
- Tabulate, Plot, Present data as directed

Administrative
- Stock taking
- Schedule & Follow-up on equipment maintenance
- Procurement, Parts ordering,
