**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Music Therapy from a recognised University or equivalent
- Membership in the Association of Music Therapy or recognised equivalent
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop music therapy programmes (including intergenerational bonding initiatives) that can result in desired client outcomes
- Assess residents, plan and implement clinical interventions, conduct regular reviews and evaluations, including carrying out the relevant documentation
- Supervise, train and guide the assigned Therapy Assistants to carry our their duties and responsibilities in a competent manner
- Participate in relevant department and cross-functional projects
**Key Assets and Abilities**:
- A good team player with the ability to work well with minimum supervision
- Fluent in spoken & written English, ability to converse in Mandarin/dialect would be an asset
- A friendly, warm and engaging personality
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Ability to play musical instruments
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
