Singapore CES_SALCON PTE. LTD. Full time

Develop 3D Equipment layout and Piping layout using Revit/Autodesk for piping discipline scope involving equipment modelling, pipe routing and support modelling based on project specifications (P&IDs, Plot Plans, Stress Reports, etc.) and vendor information.
- Coordinate with other disciplines for 3D model piping interface including clash checks for clash free design
- Prepare 3D model procedures or other design details as assigned by Lead Designer
- Participate in Model Review for design, construction and installation study and assist to close all review comments
- Produce, check and manage plot plans, equipment layout drawings, piping general arrangement drawings, isometrics, support drawings and other piping deliverables from 3D Model.
- Maintain the master isometrics and support register and other drawing registers
- Produce and check piping spool drawings, spool MTO and weld reports.
- Assist construction team in site query resolutions, drawing and specification interpretations, constructability review and customized 3D report generations
- Provide/Review piping weight input to the Weight Control Team.
- As-built model & drawing update based on as-built information from construction site
- Assist Section Head for bid proposals (MTO estimation)
- Training & orientation of new entries - draftsmen & junior designers.

**Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical, Process and Structural is recommended.
- Minimum 10 years in related industry experience in piping design & related issues
- Knowledge of piping layout and supports, piping materials and components, piping stress and flexibility.
- Expertise in 3D modelling software’s Revit/Autodesk (Includes knowledge of different modules like design, drafting, spooling, reporting, clash manager, etc.) is preferred.
- Expertise in 2D drawing software’s like Autocad / MicroStation
- Importing / exporting drawings in various file formats DXF and PDF for different software interfacing.
- Knowledge of commonly used 3D model review software like Navisworks
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools like words, excel, etc.
