**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and clinical care in the clinic and lead the dental team on the day-to-day operations
- Manage insurance claims
- Manage all administrative functions
- Represent the Management when needed
- Manage Compliance with NEA, MOM, MOH and other regulatory bodies
- Oversee, recruit and lead a team of dental nurses and support staff
- Manage all manpower requirements and HR policies, Payroll, Leave Management, etc
- Planning and management of staff/dentists schedule
- Liaise with all stakeholders - including patients, vendors, suppliers etc
- Manage customer enquiries and other customer service/operational issues
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
- Business Development in terms of expansion of business, clinic upkeep and patient growth
- Marketing planning and execution of said planning
- Work with special projects (grants and certifications) from time to time
- Assist and development of social media marketing

**Requirements**:

- Must have a professional attitude and be presentable
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in social media and marketing and eager to learn about digital dentistry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

If you are passionate about providing excellent patient care and have a proven track record in operations management and staff leadership, we would love to hear from you. We will also consider someone without experience if you have the right character and commitment.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
