**Position**: Student hostel Supervisor and Student Activities Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reside in the hostel and ensure a safe, supportive, and disciplined living environment
- Supervise students' daily activities and enforce dormitory rules and regulations
- Provide academic guidance and personal support to students
- Plan, organize, and supervise student activities and events
- Foster a positive community atmosphere within the dormitory
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to address students' needs and concerns
- Maintain records and reports on student behavior and activities

**Requirements**:

- Degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or related field
- Experience in student supervision, counseling, or residential life preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize activities and events
- Responsible, patient, and empathetic
- Willingness to live in the dormitory and be available for students outside of regular school hours
