**Job Description**:

- Responding to alerts or requests based on pre-defined operating procedures
- Monitoring the ticketing system and assigning the tickets based on operating procedures
- Escalating tickets following the Escalation Matrix and SLA
- Follow up with other teams and customers till problem resolution
- Preparing reports based on the services provided to the customers
- Performing manual checks on IT Infrastructure based on operating procedures
- Documenting the work done, adding work logs and resolution on requests

Preferred Skills
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of IT Systems
- Ability to follow instructions and documented Standard Operating Procedures
- Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to build rapport with team members and other teams and customers - collaborative relationships
