Vishay Siliconix Singapore is currently seeking a permanent Cost and Inventory Analyst responsible for the Costing function:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily/ weekly product costing by materials to support product marketing, management reporting, and margin analysis.
- Perform timely reports on Substrate/EPI cost/valuation to ensure that inventory at subcontractor &/or buy/sell is correctly billed and accounted for.
- Perform timely reports on finished goods cost/valuation to ensure that inventory at the warehouse is correctly stated.
- Perform timely monthly inventory reports to management
- Yearly standard setting based on budget to ensure proper inventory valuation and accurate cost information for pricing decisions.
- Co-ordinate with the factory to perform yearly physical stock and reconcile physical vs book on raw materials
- Liaise with the internal and external auditors to review material cost and inventory valuation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant costing and accounting experience.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with a high level of difficulty.
- Advance excel and SAP FICO knowledge is a must.
