**Responsibilities**
- Manage all buses and on-board equipment and ensure all are properly accounted for and tracked.
- Ensure all standard operation procedures (SOP) and work instructions pertaining to taking over, handing over of buses and bus on-board equipment are complied by all staff.
- Assist in setup of bus asset and bus asset maintenance tracking system i.e. Buses BAMMS and Authority’s BMMS.
- Review, validate of exiting process and introduce new work flows to improve productivity.
- Engage Bus Workshop, Bus operations, Route Planning Department and Authority on trial. Coordinate and follow up programme.
- Draft Project Trial implementation reports to seek approval for trial to proceed. Executive Bus disinfecting anti-microbial coating project (Raise request, quotation, monitor coating status and submission of report )
- Ensure compliance of relevant statutory requirements and in-house rules and regulations.
- Implement and comply with environmental, health and safety plans / programs within the department.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics or relevant studies
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Supervisory experience is preferred
