The Opportunity
The Adobe Asia Digital Experience market is growing quickly, and we need hardworking team members who can help build outstanding Customer Experiences that will help us successfully acquire, grow & retain customers. In Asia, we run business in 10 countries with different languages and need ability to coordinate programs in diversified environment. We are a tight nit team & looking for someone extra-ordinary who can scale the unscalable and rapidly expand their capabilities.
What you'll Do
We need a Senior Marketing Specialist who will partner closely with Asia leadership, field and regional teams for planning, developing, implementing and optimizing experiences to achieve bookings & pipeline for the enterprise business.
You are an experienced Enterprise B2B marketer who knows how to create amazing experiences including large scale regional events, highly differentiated executive engagements, and account based marketing programs across Asia markets. You have boundless energy, ideas, and a passion to learn who can deliver results in a fast paced & dynamic environment. Planning:
Input into annual and quarterly marketing strategy & plans (and optimize in quarter) to deliver Marketing Bookings & Marketing Pipeline goals.
Build quarterly execution project plan to deliver key programs through-out the quarter with country field marketing managers across the region.
Ability to work with product marketing, solution consultants, partners, 3rd party vendors and customers to develop messaging and content that will deliver high quality experiences. Campaigns:
Partner with field & regional marketing teams to understand customers to design amazing experiences that deliver measurable results in each customer segment.
Project manage and implement the end-to-end of key programs including Briefing, Targeting, Content, Marketing Automation, Analytics/reporting etc.
Develop and QA personalized messaging & contents to drive experiences in partnership with matrixed organizations around the global.
Coordinate a wide mix of marketing tactics including Events, Exec, and ABM personalized experiences. Results:
Responsible for delivering results on each program including the insights, analysis, reporting & communication of campaign results to the broader team.
Automate Event workflows to streamline end to end process to ensure a high-quality experience for customers & internal teams & enable scale across Asia.
What you need to succeed
10+ years of experience in B2B Marketing in Enterprise, preferably in the technology or software industry (knowledge of Adobe DX products preferred).
Exceptional ability to project manage, multi-task, coordinate and prioritize work to deliver to growth goals. Ability to be flexible to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication and experience working across matrix organizations & in remote working environment.
Proven experience in developing customer-centric marketing content and adapt content strategies into programs.
Strong numeric skills, able to analyze data, understand trends & measure success of programs in order to optimize results.
Resourcefulness and ability to anticipate issues and work through them, proactive nature
Experience working in an international, Asia-wide organization preferred.
Multi-language highly sought after. English is a requirement, Korean and Chinese is a plus.
