
Global Account Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying new global corporate accounts and responding to Request For Proposals (RFPs) issued by companies.
- Analysing performance potential, preparing offers, and negotiating with prospective accounts to achieve a win-win commercial arrangement.
- Ensuring productivity of existing corporate accounts and the retention of corporate accounts at the end of the contract cycle.
- Maintaining effective working relationships with procurement personnel or decision makers at corporate accounts and their fulfilment agencies (i.e. TMCs).
- Liaising with stations on fare matters and finding resolutions for any operational issues that arise for SIA corporate accounts.
- Conducting performance reviews with corporate accounts.
- Preparing and reviewing contract documentation to ensure that SIA's commercial interests are protected.
- Providing advice to corporate sales teams at stations on trends in travel procurement and how to address them in sales processes / fare structures etc.
- Sharing best practices / success stories across the network.
- Support sales recovery efforts as business regains normalcy.
**Required Skills**:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and have good business acumen.
- Manage projects and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Respond quickly and effectively to the changing environment and difficult situations.
- Anticipate and respond to (internal/external) customers' needs and driven to deliver high-quality results.
