Update daily position and profit & loss report using EXCEL.
Monitor trading exposure and profit & loss against risk limits.
Daily check of TRMS physical and paper deals to make sure all trading data is up to date and accurate in TRMS system.
Assist manager to prepare weekly and monthly reports on trading data, net position, profit & loss change.
Assist manager to perform month-end trading PNL analysis.
Coordinate with broker on company hedging matters.
Assist on compliance matters, inlcuding but not limited to external and internal auditing, quality and quantity management, annual supplier evaluation.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements
Degree holder
Minimum 1 year of oil trading industry experience
Strong in numbers and MS Excel to handle manual reports and daily analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in fast paced environment
Agile characteristic to handle ad hoc requests from trading teams or HQ
Bilingual in Chinese and English as this role needs to associate with Chinese speaking parties
